Welcome to Babogue

Sleep is not a luxury. Sleep is a necessity.
Like food, shelter and water, we need sleep to function and survive. Children need it even more than adults do. They need it to grow, they need it to develop & they need it to thrive.

If you are struggling with your child’s sleep I can help you attain the Gift of Sleep wherever you are in the world. I am a mum of three, a full time Certified Child Sleep Consultant and a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. My seven Steps to Better Sleep is at the core of everything that I do. You can work with me on a One To One basis through my Sleep Solution Packages or empower yourself with sleep knowledge through The Sleep Series.

Client Testimonials

Working with Erica was the best decision we have ever made. Our daughter wasn’t really sleeping at all and when she did it wasn’t in her cot! She is now napping perfectly with her minder for 2 hours every afternoon and going to bed for us every night from 7pm to 7am! It has literally been life changing. She is so much happier in herself as she is no longer constantly tired. What Erica does for people is amazing and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has given us the gift of sleep.

I cannot thank Erica enough for the support she provided my family in adjusting my daughters sleep. We were able implement the plan she provided us with easily and the daily feedback given helped build my confidence around getting my daughter into a regular routine. My family is beyond grateful for the guidance Erica gave us as we would not have been able to do this on our own.
The Smits Family
I have worked with Erica on a number of initiatives to help parents within our Mummy Cooks community to better understand and manage their children’s sleep. With food playing a key role in our well-being, it is not surprising that it too has an influence on developing healthy sleep habits. Erica’s easy manner and empathy makes her expert advice so relatable for parents struggling with sleep issues. We often wait until we are desperate for intervention before seeking professional help, however with Erica there is no judgement, just practical supportive advice for sleep deprived parents and their offspring.

Erica is extremely supportive, she listens to exactly what you want to achieve and she helps you to find the best way to help your whole family sleep better. I had a lot of set backs with my time with Erica and she was so understanding. 110% recommend Erica to anyone

Erica is an absolute saint! We worked together last April when our 7 month old girl, who was waking up numerous times during a night. While working with Erica we took a very gentle approach to improve our little girls sleeping habits, we saw a huge improvement within just three days. Erica taught us skills that would help us forever more! Erica is still more than happy to help us and still provides support for us whenever we have any questions. We are so thankful and grateful we came accross Babogue Sleep!

I honestly don’t know why I didn’t ring Erica months ago. This has been life-changing. Our little girl has gone from waking every 2 hours to sleeping the entire night. It has made such a change to our home. Erica was so kind and caring and provided us with the most amazing support. The plan was easy to follow and practical. My baby is now always smiling and she’s not constantly exhausted. My only regret is that I didnt make the call sooner. Thank you so much.
