What methods do the Sleep Series programs use?

The Sleep Series has 5 proven methods to help you work through sleep challenges. Everyones parenting style is different and is to be respected. So by including low to moderate to high parental involvement methods to help get you to your family sleep goals you have choice. Choice is an extremely important factor in all Sleep Series programs as one size does not fit all when it comes to parenting and working through sleep challenges with your children. The use of the term ‘sleep training’ is one that is not used. Sleep moulding, shaping and working on sleep are terms used.

Will have to leave my baby to cry while using the Sleep Series program?

Do you have to leave them to cry, absolutely not, but understanding their frustration with change will be an important part of your step forward. If you make change around everything your child knows about their sleep then they are going to be frustrated by the change. They will express their frustration through crying – very understandably. What the Sleep Series will do is give you choice in how you handle your child’s upset so that you can lead them through to your family sleep goals.

Are the programs suitable for reflux babies?

Yes, they are. Once the reflux is being addressed, controlled and under the supervision of a medical professional you can use the programs to work on sleep.

I have worked with endless families in achieving their sleep goals. When working with families I like to provide choice in the route they take in achieving these goals. In doing this my families have great success as their parenting style has been respected. Not only will you have choice in the methodology used but also in how you work with me. I offer One to One consultation and support packages as well as my online course The Sleep Series.
